Terms and Conditions

1. Guests can Check In to their reservations from 3.00pm.

2. Guests must Check Out before 11.00am at the end of their stay. Failure to Check Out will incur and automatic additional night’s stay. Late Check Out can be arranged with the Front Desk with prior notice.

3. Guests acknowledge liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.

4. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.

5. Management is not responsible for personal belongings and valuables or any other items left by guests in rooms or vehicles.

6. All rooms and suites are strictly non-smoking.

7. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis, when they are reasonable in size and attitude, for an additional fee of $10 per room.
